Return Policy
All sales of personalized items are final. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure their personalization requests are accurate before checking out. This includes spelling, color scheme, and print style. In the event that an item is delivered and the product does not match the personalization choice reflected on a customer’s receipt, the customer will be entitled to a refund or replacement at no additional charge.

Sales Tax
All customers who have a billing address within the state of Kentucky will be charged 6% Kentucky state sales tax on the total amount of sale including shipping and handling charges. Sales tax amounts will appear on each qualifying customer's receipt both before and after checkout procedures.

Warranty/Service
All items are protected against defects in workmanship for a period of 60 days. This protection does not cover normal wear and tear to items or their personalization. (i.e. engraving, hand painting, etc…)

Meredith Avenue ®, accepts payments using VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover and American Express.

Shipping Information
Due to the unique, custom nature of Meredith Avenue ® products, production times vary by item. Please note that the estimated production time is listed with each items description. To ensure that our customers receive items as soon as possible, each item ships as it is completed. This may result in multiple shipments on one order. All order receipts contain information regarding the number of packages that will ship with that order. Shipping is charged only once based on the order total. Customers may Check Order Status at anytime to see when all items have shipped and the order is completed.

International Information
At this time, Meredith Avenue ® is only able to process shipments within the United States and it's possessions.

Address Changes
If your address information changes, simply update your account information under the "My Account" section.
